Biography
I am Arash Ebrahimi, DDS, MSc, MACP, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families in healthcare settings.
My professional journey began in dentistry, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between emotional well-being and overall health. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping people navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and personal challenges.
Today, I bring together my healthcare background and psychotherapy training to provide compassionate, client-centred care. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change when given the right support and therapeutic relationship.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and clinical hypnotherapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting positive change.
Having worked extensively with children and neurodiverse individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward greater well-being.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, overcome challenges, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and hope.
